by default, there is no password for the DVR, you can leave it blank and log in. If you can't log in, please let me know the system date on the screen, I can send you a super password to restore the DVR.

Good evening we are using Xmeye SVAHD4 cctv.The one camera setting is NTSC all the others is PAL.I did try to change it to PAL as showed on this video but it seems i can't change anything on the advance settings.Please can you maybe give me advise.Thanks you
you need to access the camera setting and change the video standard settings.

@@antoinettegreyvenstein932 I mean the XVI control setting for the camera, not the DVR PAL and NTSC setting.

@@antoinettegreyvenstein932 if you want to set the NTSC camera CVI control, you need to change the DVR to NTSC mode, then you can access the camera XVI control setting.
Hi. My Sansco is continuously recording even though I've set to motion detect. Ive tried resetting do many times but am really stuck. Playback just shows a solid red line. Thanks in advance

if you can't playback, you can access the system main menu and check whether the hard drive storage is detected as normal status.

if the system date on the screen is 2023-11-2, try the user name admin and password 4MBE0v9875 if the system date on the screen is 2023-11-3, try the user name admin and password UMjBFd9136 DVR will reboot and restore the password, when the DVR starts again, you can leave the password empty and log in.

I just installed a brand new solid State Drive, 1 tb, but the bow will not boot properly, shows the Sansco splash screen then goes off. It is doing this continually.
this may be the hard drive or power adapter issue. You can try another power adapter and see if the DVR works. disconnect the hard drive, retry the DVR and see if it works.

Would a solid state drive last longer?
the CCTV DVR does not work with external hard drive, please use the internal 3.5" or 2.5" hard drive.
dont use solid state, its constantly read/writing which ssds dont like

this is a plug and play system, you can connect the DVR to the router via an Ethernet cable, it will connect to the network.

can you confirm you installed the right hard drive? Make sure the hard drive is working.

I have a security camera I cant understand that directions, the manufacturer will not help me. I have an sd card 28 gs, i have emailed the company made numerous phone calls and i cant get anyone to assist me,I need this security camera set up so i can this bt coming into my room and stealing my property i want to show this to the police to prove that this happening to me, my security camera looks like a ordinary alarm clock, is there some way that my camera wont connect to the internet so it be detected??? Same thing happened to us. Now the camera doesn't work on the app, one is flickering. The wires are connected, this Sansco is so complicated to use. Why can I not just connect/reconnect the WiFi.
My cameras where working till a few hours ago and recording then it jumped a few times now stopped recording can't get it to record again I've followed ya video but nothing I've reset and everything and still won't record
can you confirm the cameras are showing picture on the screen? If not, you must have issue with the cameras. If you can see the cameras picture on the screen, but no records nore playback, you need to check if the DVR detects your hard drive.

Hi I’ve got the sansco and it’s been working fine for a while , but now the sansco box itself won’t seem to connect to the tv so I can get into the main menu , I only notice this as my app on my Fone stopped showing any camera footage , it’s logged in but just keeps saying ststem could be offline , so the way to fix this would be to get into the main menu , which seems to now not connect to the tv at all , do you have a contact number for sansco as I have not had any Joy getting in contact with them
